DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US):

TRUSS offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders in the 48 contiguous U.S. States.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order.

All orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. TRUSS is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances such as severe weather or uncontrollable events.

TRUSS is unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

For non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

RETURNS

TRUSS attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the Products. However, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. The images of the Products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Products.

All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact returns@trussnyc.com within 30 days of receiving the item to receive prior to sending the return to request a return authorization. Returned Products must also include their original dust bag with tags attached. Products with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping and packaging costs. We recommend you use a shipping courier with delivery and tracking capabilities. TRUSS is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Email returns@trussnyc.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Please note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice.
  3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in shipping packaging.
  4. Purchase shipping label with tracking capabilities.
  5. Ship your return to the address provided.
  6. Email returns@trussnyc.com the return tracking number to ensure delivery and return processing.
  7. Returns will be refunded to the original credit card account minus the amount of the original shipment costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at %{email %> and send your item to: ASD Worldwide

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
