TRUSS offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders in the 48 contiguous U.S. States.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order.

All orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. TRUSS is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances such as severe weather or uncontrollable events.

TRUSS is unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

For non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

A duties and taxes deposit will have to be pre-paid to consider an order as placed. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary.

Please note, purchases shipped internationally are not returnable or refundable.

All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact within 30 days of receiving the item to receive prior to sending the return to request a return authorization. Returned Products must also include their original dust bag with tags attached. Products with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping and packaging costs. We recommend you use a shipping courier with delivery and tracking capabilities. TRUSS is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All sale items and promos are FINAL SALE. These are all one-off samples and some variations may occur.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

1. Email to request a Return Authorization (RA) and return shipping label
2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in shipping packaging
3. Returns will be refunded to the original credit card account minus the amount of the original shipment costs, if applicable.
4. Purchase shipping label with tracking capabilities.

6. Email the return tracking number to ensure delivery and return processing.
7. Returns will be refunded to the original credit card account minus the amount of the original shipment costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
